What you’ll learn

This e‑learning will help you understand what Family Connect is, why it exists, and how to use it appropriately in your role. You’ll learn where the data comes from, what it can (and can’t) tell you, and how it supports earlier, more joined‑up work with children and families.

Who is it for?

This e‑learning is for NCC staff and approved partners who have a professional reason to access Family Connect as part of their work with children and families. You should only complete this learning if access to Family Connect is relevant to your role. Please check with your line manager if you are unsure.
